Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your glassware is tracked and insured.

  Pack for Safety

  Securely place the pitcher in its original box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
