Are the pitchers dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our pitchers are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the clarity and lifespan of the silicone seals, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pitcher arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Can I brew hot tea directly in the pitcher?
